Nominate someone for an SBA Recognition Award

Know someone that goes above and beyond, on or off the ice? 

The SBA extends the invitation to nominate players, teams, coaches, officials, and volunteers that exemplify the values, vision, and mission of our association.

The deadline to submit nomination forms for the SBA Volunteer & Recognition Awards is on May 1 each year.

To submit a nomination and for further information about the Awards and Recognition process, please see the forms and criteria below.

SBA Award Categories are:

• Hall of Fame Award

• Service Award

• Volunteer of the Year

• Community of the Year

• Team of the Year

• Female Athlete of the Year

• Male Athlete of the Year

• Don Black Memorial Award
